What are the shipping options and costs? We offer flexible shipping across the United States:
- Express Shipping: 3–6 business days — $20
- Free Standard Shipping: 7–14 business days — FREE (for qualifying orders)
- Standard Shipping: 7–14 business days — $10
Orders are usually processed and shipped within 1–2 business days. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order is shipped.
Do you ship internationally? Currently, we only ship within the United States.
Product & Quality
Are your children's clothes safe and comfortable? Yes! We use soft, skin-friendly fabrics that are gentle for babies and kids. All items are made with attention to safety, durability, and everyday comfort.
How do I choose the right size? Each product page includes a detailed size chart with measurements (chest, waist, length, etc.). We recommend measuring your child and comparing with the chart. If your child is between sizes, we suggest sizing up for comfort and longer wear.
Are the clothes true to size? Our sizing generally follows standard US kids sizing, but fit can vary slightly by style. Please always check the size guide and read customer reviews for real feedback.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy? We accept returns within 30 days of delivery if the items are unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached. Please contact us at support@vipsstd.com before returning. Sale or final-sale items may not be eligible for return.
How do I cancel or change my order? Please contact us as soon as possible. We can cancel or modify orders only if they have not yet been processed or shipped.
Payments We accept all major credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and secure checkout through Shopify.
